The Challenge Network has been set up in June 2000 as a preliminary probe in an attempt to see if it makes any sense to use these electronic means as a way to create a common work and communications space for the several hundred individuals and groups who have over the last several years submitted innovative IT projects for the consideration of the Stockholm Challenge Prize.
